Mix Media

I like to experiment with different media and explore the different possibilities that art can bring. There is always room for growth.

Gourds

Gourd art is unique, the possibilities are endless due to the different shapes and sizes they come in. One can create a number of different pieces from gourds, due to their random personalities. Items range from just simple carved pieces to purses, musical instruments, outdoor and indoor decorations, masks etc. Here are some of my pieces which i have carved, wood burned, and painted.

Cake

A fun random experiment which didn't turn out so bad. This was my first attempt, it was similar to sculpting but had to be done quicker due to the consistency of the fonda. Had fun learning something new that i can try over again for friends and family.
